We want you to experience the full benefits of VIOSENSE eyewear with total confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you may return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return Orders Placed on Amazon

Because VIOSENSE eyewear is fulfilled by Amazon, returns are fast and simple through your Amazon account:

  1. Go to your Amazon order history and locate your VIOSENSE purchase.
  2. Select "Return or Replace items" and choose your preferred return method.
  3. Drop off the package at any approved carrier or drop-off location (UPS, Kohl's, Whole Foods).
